At MWH of Sweden, we want you to love your purchase. If it’s not a match made in heaven, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order. If you’ve pre-ordered something, the 30-day window starts when it ships. Just make sure it’s unused, tags still attached, and you've registered it with us (see below for details).
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We give you a full 30 days to try things on at home. If it’s not quite right, as long as the item is still in its original condition (yes, you can try it on!), fragrance-free, and undamaged, you’re good to go. All labels and tags must be intact. If the product doesn’t meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange or apply a depreciation fee.
YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWA
Changed your mind? No problem. Under the Distance Contracts Act, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know. You don’t even need a reason—just register your return here. If the last day of your right of withdrawal lands on a weekend or holiday, don’t worry—the deadline extends to the next working day.
Be sure to send the product back in the same packaging, and keep your receipt from the service point! Once we’ve got your notice of withdrawal, we’ll refund the full amount within 14 days, using the same payment method you originally used.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs 49 SEK, which will be deducted from your refund. But hey, exchanges are on us! So if you’re switching sizes you can easily register here.
REFUNDS
Upon approved return, a refund is made to the same payment method that was used at purchase, with a deduction of 49 SEK for the return shipping cost (no return shipping cost when exchanging). It can take up to 14 days for the money to appear in your account. In the event of a refund, we reserve the right to deduct any reduction in value that has arisen during your handling the product. MWH of Sweden may delay with refund if the item hasn't arrived to our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost returns sent without a trackable return shipping label included in your order.

In the event of a reclaim or damaged products, follow the link above as soon as possible. Follow the instructions and attach pictures and describe in detail the problem with your product. We will come back with further instructions as soon as possible.
