If you change your mind about your order and want to return or change to a another piece we offer exchange and return right within 30 days after receiving your order.

To be able to make an exchange or return, the product must be in the same condition as upon delivery, ie. unused, (to try on the product is of course okay!), perfume/fragrance free, undamaged, not dirty, not washed or changed in any way. All patches and labels must remain on the garment in the same way as on delivery. If the customer deviates from these regulations, MWH has the right to refuse an exchange/return or make a depreciation deduction that corresponds to the depreciation stated by the handling of the product. 

Please note that MWH of Sweden doesn't offer free returns. Use the return label that followed with your order. When we have received your return the cost will be deducted from your refund. 


1. Carefully pack the product(s) you wish to return, in unused condition, in the original package. Fill in the return slip and feel free to use the delivery packaging or make sure that the product is properly packaged to withstand mail handling.

2. Make sure to remove the old shipping labels on the outside of packaging before attaching the return shipping label included in your order. It's very important that you use this return shipping label in order to track your return.

3. Go to the postoffice and save the receipt you get as a proof that you have made a return. 


Upon approved return, a refund is made to the same payment method that was used at purchase, with a deduction of 49 SEK for the return shipping cost (no return shipping cost when exchanging). It can take up to 14 days for the money to appear in your account. In the event of a refund, we reserve the right to deduct any reduction in value that has arisen during your handling the product. MWH of Sweden may delay with refund if the item hasn't arrived to our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost returns sent without a trackable return shipping label included in your order. 


No problem, we offer free exchanges and then you simply place a new order at when returning your product. The product must be in the same condition as when delivered.

In the event of a reclaim, contact us at with the order number in the subject line, attached pictures and describe in detail what you experience as a problem with your product. We will provide further instructions.

Our fabrics used for our active business clothes are durable, but require special care to stay optimally in function and shape. It is important that care instructions are followed as wear or incorrect care of the clothes doesn't count as a reclaim.
