2. Pack your items and include your contact details inside of the package.

3. Ship easily with the prepaid code sent to your e-mail.

4. We confirm arrival and and process your items within 2 weeks.

5. We send you the giftcard value by e-mail and you approve it within 3 days.

6. We send your gift card via e-mail within a couple of days.

CHOOSE A GIFT CARD TO YOUR FAVOURITE BRAND


Your compensation is paid as a gift card, and is based on the secondhand price of your items.


– secondhand price is 10–80€ —> you’ll get 60% compensation.

– secondhand price is over 80€ —> you’ll get 80% compensation from the value exceeding 80€.

Handling fee of 2,80 per item and possible shipping fee is deducted from the value of the gift card.

You’ll receive the gift card once your items have been processed (within 2 weeks). MWH gift card is valid for 12 months from date of issue.

WHAT CAN I SELL?

YES PLEASE:
All MWH pieces that are in good condition. Items must be clean with intact brand labels. Estimated resale value of each items must be at
least €10.


NO THANKS:
Dirty, broken, worn-out or clearly faded items. Factory second or outlet items with cut labels. Items with fur or animal hair. Hygiene items (e.g. underwear, socks, tights, base layers, hair accessories)

HOW TO PACK AND SHIP

1. Fold your items and pack them carefully into a box or bag of your choise.

2. Add a note inside the package with your name, email and phone number.

3. You´ll recieve a printable shipping label to your email. Print it and place it on the package.

4. Ship the package within a couple of days.


PLEASE DO NOT:

-Send dirty items or items with holes in them. Instead please wash and inspect your items before sending.

-Don´t pay for your shipment at the courier. Instead use the shipping label that was sent to your e-mail and drop off your package without any hassle.
