DO I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
We are a company operating from within the EU. Please note that there may be import customs or local taxes charged for deliveries made outside EU. Any customs fees incurred on international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. MWH of Sweden has no control over the customs charges or exchange rates.

 

DELIVERY TIME 
Once you place your order, our warehouse we will start processing it. The delivery time depends on the day and time you make the order and where you live. You can find estimated delivery times per country above. Variations may occur but we aim to get all orders delivered as fast as we possible can. 

If you place a order on a preorder item, the delivery time is stated a the product page. Please note that shipping dates for preorders are not guaranteed and delays may occur.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER 
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will get a noticification with a tracking link so you easily could track your order. If you want you also can download the Unifaun app to track the shipment. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON`T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?
Your package must be collected within 7 days from when the package has reached the parcel service point. If you do not collect the package, it will be sent back to us and you will be charged for the cost.
