The following terms apply to all orders placed by you as a customer. By using mwhwear.com and / or placing an order, you agree to abide by the terms set forth below. Make sure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing your order. It is very important that you provide correct contact information when ordering.
Available languages are Swedish and English. MWH is currently sending to the following countries: Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, France, Portugal, Italy and Greece.
To complete an order at MWH, you must be 18 years of age or older.
The prices stated on MWH of Sweden are at the start stated in SEK, including 25% VAT. To change the currency in the store please select in the dropdown meny in the top right. The prices shown are exclusive of shipping costs. VAT is reported in the order summary together with any shipping costs before you confirm the purchase at checkout. In circumstances that we do not have control over, such as increased raw material prices or a change in currency, we reserve the right to change our prices. If the VAT changes, we reserve the right to change the prices accordingly. We reserve the right to make price errors, printing errors and that price adjustments can be made at any time without prior notice.
Any discount code is stated at checkout at the tab "I have a discount code". The responsibility for registering the correct discount code lies with the customer and price adjustments due to incorrect discount code can not be carried out afterwards. Different discounts and discount codes can not be combined together.
We do our best to expose the products as accurately as possible. We can not guarantee that the images show the exact color of the product, as a color difference may occur depending on the device and monitor.
How to step by step place an order on mwhwear.com. The agreement is binding between us and you when you have received your order confirmation to the email address you provided when ordering.
1.Start by choosing the category and the products you are interested in, enter the number and any variant. Your items are automatically added to the shopping cart when you press the Add to shopping cart button.
2.At the top of the page on the right you can see your shopping cart. If you want to see what is in your shopping cart, hold the mouse pointer over the BAG icon and you will receive a preview of the products in the shopping cart. Number, size and color can be seen by the product name.
3.When you want to proceed to the checkout, tap To Checkout at the top right of the page. Make sure that the items you want to order are in the list. If you want to delete or change the number of items in the shopping cart, you can do so by pressing plus or minus to update the number. When you have checked this, press To checkout.
4.Here you get an overview of your order and can check your order of goods, what size, color and quantity. If you want to change the color or size in this step, go back to the product page and add the product. Note that you will then have to remove the other item from the shopping cart manually.
5.The next step is to choose the shipping method that suits you best.
6.The last step is to complete your purchase by choosing payment options.
7.You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided at the time of purchase! You have entered into a purchase agreement together with MWH! If you do not receive an order confirmation shortly after you have completed your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All sizes shown should be available for delivery. For preorders, the sizes are not available for delivery, estimated delivery is on the product page for each individual preorder product. The stock balance is corrected automatically after sales and when the item is sold out, it is no longer available for order placement. We exceptionally reserve the right to make any incorrect stock balances that could occur. We reserve the right to final sale. In the event that an item should be missing or sold out for packaging of your order, the order will be adjusted and the money for the item will be refunded within a maximum of 14 banking days. We don't make a residual note of missing products for later delivery. Should this occur, you will be informed via the email you provided when ordering.
MWH offers to make pre-orders for products that have not yet been launched or are sold out. When you make a preorder, an advance payment is made for the entire amount, including shipping at the time for your order. Note that if you choose the payment option Klarna Pay Later when placing a preorder, you will receive the invoice directly at the time of ordering and also pay before delivery.
Approximate estimated delivery is indicated on each individual preorder product page. Note that this may change. Both parties have the right to cancel a preorder in the event that it has not been sent yet. If you cancel a preorder before it has been sent to you, you will receive a full refund. If you want to cancel a preorder after you have received confirmation that your preorder has been sent, you can pick up your product at the agent and make a return. Of course, you have the same right of return as with a regular order and the 30-day open purchase takes effect when the order is sent to you.
By making a preorder, you agree to these terms.
Below are the different payment options MWH offers. Some of the options are just avaiable on specific markets.
Klarna is a safe and flexible complete solution. You can choose how you want to pay: Klarna Pay Later, Klarna Pay Now or Klarna Slice it. See below description of what the different payment options. KLARNA PAY LATER
Klarna Invoice, without invoice fee, has a 30-day payment period from the invoice date. The invoice is sent to the email you registered when ordering. In the event of non-payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 will be added. If the invoice is still not paid, default interest of 24% plus the applicable reference interest will be added. If no further payment is made, the claim can be handed over for debt collection management where additional debt collection costs may be added. When you choose an invoice, Klarna takes over the right to receive payment and your payment of the invoice thus goes to Klarna. KLARNA PAY NOW
With Klarna Pay Now, you can make a payment directly from your bank account. If your bank account has previously been registered for direct payment with us or via Klarna's customer portal or for previous purchases, it is sufficient that you approve the payment with Mobile BankID. If you are not already registered for direct payment, you can do so in simple steps and then confirm with Mobile BankID. Your bank details are never shared with anyone other than your bank.
KLARNA SLICE IT
Klarna Slice it is if you want to divide your payment over a period. There is an additional interest rate, so be extra careful to read through Klarna's credit terms here.
Secure card payment with either VISA, Mastercard, Mastero or American Express where no card fees are added. Card payments are secure and encrypted.
MWH GIFT CARD
You can also pay with MWH's gift card. To pay with a gift card, go to the checkout and fill in the gift card code in the "discount code" box. When you have checked that the combination is correct, press activate. If the code has been entered correctly, you will see that the cash amount has been corrected. Gift cards cannot be combined with other discount codes.
TERMS GIFT CARD
MWH's digital gift card is valid for 1 year after the date of purchase and can only be used on MWHWEAR.COM. The gift card is sent separately from the confirmation email automatically after the purchase has been completed. It is important that your correct email address is stated at the time of ordering so that the gift card arrives correctly. We are not responsible for gift cards sent to the wrong email due to incorrect registration when ordering. When the validity period has expired, the gift card can not be used as a means of payment at the time of purchase, can not be reactivated and its remaining unused value cannot be refunded either. The amount of the gift card can also not be paid out in other payment form during the period of validity. MWH cannot be held responsible for MWH gift cards that have been lost, stolen, handled carelessly, pass the validity period or become deactivated. Gift cards cannot be purchased with discount codes or with other discounts. In accordance with the law on distance selling, you have a reflection period of 14 working days, starting the day after receiving the gift card, to cancel your order of the gift card. When you have completed your order and completed the purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your email that you specified at the time of purchase. If you do not receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the confirmation you will find all information regarding your order such as product, quantity, size, selected payment options and delivery options. If any information is incorrect in the confirmation, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct any errors.
Shipping options to choose from are Schenker within Sweden and UPS if your live outside Sweden. Delivery time is 1-3 working days within Sweden and 3-7 working days within EU. For pre-orders, other delivery times apply and approximate expected delivery is stated on the product page. We do not take responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company.

Your item will be delivered to the nearest Schenker drop-off point. When your item arrives at the delivery point, you will receive an SMS with a collection code. Bring your ID-card and bids show both identifications.
To Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, France, Portugal, Italy and Greece in 3-7 working days.
Your item is delivered to the closest UPS Service Point.
Depending on which shipping option, you will receive an SMS notification as soon as your package arrived at your pick-up point and are ready to be collected.
When discovering damage to the package when collecting your order, you must make a report directly at the delivery point and then contact the shipping company. If you do not discover the damage before you open the package and the damage is of the nature that may be related to the transport company's handling, you must contact the shipping company and make a claim report immediately. You must provide correct and valid delivery information. If you regret your purchase when a package has been sent from us, you must pick up the package and return the package. If MWH of Sweden AB receives a return order that has been sent to the wrong address or has not been picked up on time, it will automatically be registered as not picked up and the customer will be charged accordingly. For packages that have not been picked up within the length of stay, a fee of SEK 250 will be charged.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN RIGHT
We offer 30 days exchange and return right, where you can try on the clothes at home. To be able to exchange or return the product must be in the same condition as upon delivery, ie. unused, (to try on the product is ofcourse okey!), perfume / fragrance free, undamaged, not dirty, not washed or changed in any way. All patches and labels must remain on the garment in the same way as on delivery. If the customer deviates from these regulations, MWH has the right to refuse a exchange/return or make a depreciation deduction that corresponds to the depreciation stated by the handling of the product.

When changing size or another item, you must place a new order in the web shop and return the item you want to exchange. See below how to make a return.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the items, according to the Distance Contracts Act. As a customer, you have the right to get the money back in the event of a canceled purchase without stating a reason, but remember that you must notify us that you have regretted within 14 days of receiving the item to exercise your right of withdrawal. If the last day of the right of withdrawal falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, the right of withdrawal is extended so that it also applies to the next working day. If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear message to MWH about your decision to withdraw from the agreement and which items/order it applies to. You can notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by letter. You can use the Regret Form from the Swedish Consumer Agency if you want, but it is not a must.
Make sure to pack the product so that it can withstand mail handling and feel free to reuse the same packaging as when delivered to you. In the event of a right of withdrawal, you as a customer are responsible for the return cost and be sure to keep the delivery receipt when you leave the package at the post office.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal and withdraw from the purchase agreement, we will refund the total amount of your order. Refund in case of right of withdrawal takes place without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received the notification of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. The same means of payment will be used for repayment as was used for the initial business event, unless you have expressly agreed with us otherwise. The refund will not cost you anything.
For return, the product must be in the same condition as upon delivery, ie. unused, (to try the product is okey ofcourse!) perfume / odorless, undamaged, not be soiled, not washed or altered in any way. All patches and labels must remain on the garment in the same way as on delivery. We have the right to refuse a return that deviates from these provisions.
If you want to exercise your right of return and return the item, fill in the return slip. Feel free to reuse the packaging that was delivered to you or make sure that the product is properly packaged to withstand mail handling. Be sure to remove the old shipping labels on the outside of the package before attaching the return shipping label to the package. You are responsible for the product until it reaches our warehouse. Save the receipt you get at the postoffice as a proof that you have make a return.
Return shipping costs 49 SEK and the amount is deducted from the refund.
Upon approved return, a refund is made to the same payment method that was used at purchase, with a deduction of 49 SEK for the return shipping cost. It can take up to 14 days for the money to appear in your account. In the event of a refund, we reserve the right to deduct any reduction in value that has arisen during your handling the product. MWH of Sweden may delay with refund if the item hasn`t arrived to our warehouse.
TERMS CUSTOMER REVIEWS
By submitting customer reviews for our clothing, you grant that MWH may publish and use your reviews in connection with the company's marketing, including but not limited to www.mwhwear.com, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, newsletters and other marketing purposes. Furthermore, you grant that MWH reserves the right to review the review before publication. No reviews with inappropriate, obscene language or personally identifiable information will be accepted. You hereby release MWH from all claims regarding compensation for the use of your reviews for the above purpose. You hereby release MWH and agree to disclaim MWH and all persons acting in accordance with MWH on behalf of all claims and claims of all kinds in connection with the above description of the use of customer reviews.
MWH reports all frauds and data breaches or attempted ones to the police. In cases where we have reason to suspect fraud, data breach and / or other types of misuse of mwhwear.com, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your purchase.
MWH of Sweden AB is exempt from sanction for failure to fulfill a certain obligation in this agreement if the failure is based on liberating circumstances as below and the circumstance impedes, prevents or delays the fulfillment. Events such as war, natural disasters, strikes, fires, market measures, government decisions that affect the market and products negatively, such as restrictions, warnings, sales bans.
In the event of a reclaim, contact us at email@example.com with the order number in the subject line, the attached picture and that you describe in detail what you experience as a problem with your product.
Our fabrics used for our active business clothes are durable, but require special care to stay optimally in function and shape. It is important that care instructions are followed as wear or incorrect care of the clothes doesn´t count as a reclaim.
MWH of Sweden of course complies with the requirements for reclaims that apply in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. This means, among other things, that if your item should be defective or if there has been an error or delay in delivery, you may reclaim about the item within three years of receiving the item. You may then have the right to demand redress, if delivery, price deduction or compensation to remedy the error or in some cases, have the right to cancel the purchase and get the money back. Remember that you must send a message within a reasonable time after you noticed or should have noticed the error or received the delayed goods. Notice sent within two months after the error is detected is considered to be within a reasonable time. If the complaint does not occur within a reasonable time from the time the defect was discovered, or should have been discovered, or no later than three years from the time you received the goods, you lose the right to make any sanctions under the Consumer Purchase Act against MWH of Sweden.
In the assessment, we will take into account the General Complaints Board's recommendations, which we always follow. All costs that you had in connection with the purchase and the reclaim will be reimbursed in the event of an approved reclaim. If you are not satisfied with our assessment in a complaint case, you as a customer can turn to the General Complaints Board.
We hope that you as a customer will be satisfied when you shop with us. If a dispute arises that we can not resolve together, you as a customer can contact the General Complaints Board for external assessment of your complaint application.
