When you order goods from us, we need to process your personal data, in order to be able to deliver ordered goods / goods to you. WHO CAN ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION 

  

Your personal data is mainly processed by MWH. 

However, your personal information may be shared with third parties and partners in order to fulfill our obligations to you. Examples of partners we may disclose your personal information to are our third-party warehouse where your order is registered and packaged, freight forwarders in connection with the delivery of your goods, credit information or debt collection agencies for credit information checks and law firms for handling legal issues in the business. We have agreements with our personal data assistants that ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with our instructions and this privacy policy.

MWH only processes personal data for as long as it is necessary for the reason for which the data was submitted or collected. Personal data for marketing purposes is processed until you have revoked your consent, deregistered or otherwise asked us to stop contacting you. 

The data for keeping statistics are processed until the current accounting material has been deleted, more specifically after 7 years. 

The personal data that is processed in order for us to be able to fulfill our legal obligations to you, such as a complaint or right of withdrawal commitment, we process during the time that we have the legal obligations according to law. 

Personal data for accounting purposes is processed for 7 years in accordance with current accounting legislation. 

Your personal data may be retained longer than announced above if it is necessary to comply with legal requirements, legal regulations or government decisions.
