MWH OF SWEDEN COMPETITIONS TERMS
When you participate in a competition hosted by MWH of Sweden it’s important that you read and understand the terms and conditions below before entering.
By completing the steps to enter the competition you acknowledge your participation in the competition and MWH of Sweden’s Competition terms and conditions. Entrants needs to be individuals aged 18 or over, otherwise it’s a requirement to have approval from your guardian. By participating you also approve that your personal contact details can be used for marketing purposes.
By participating in the competition you confirm that you hold the rights and copyrights to the contribution entry (e.g. pictures, texts and more) and you approve that the contribution entry can be used for marketing purposes by MWH of Sweden after the competition closes. In these instances, we do not provide any reimbursement to the originators of the content.
We hold the right to delete and report entries that are deemed to be illegal, infringe on the rights or copyright of others, or in any way ethically or morally inappropriate.
The winner of the competition will be contacted as stated in the specific competition after it closes. If the winner has not responded to us to confirm their win within reasonable time, we hold the right to name a new winner. The win is personal and can not be assigned to another individual. In the case where a profit tax occurs, it will be paid by the winner.
MWH of Sweden are the organizers and liable for the competition. Competitions that are published on social medias are not in any way sponsored, supported or administrated by the company behind the social media platform.
Employees of MWH of Sweden and their immediate relatives are not allowed to enter the competitions hosted by the company.
